I'm a professional wedding and family photographer, and above all, a photographer of couples :)
To mark a birthday, Valentine's Day, or simply the pleasure of spending time together as two people in love and capturing a few meaningful moments, I offer couple photo sessions. To take the time to get to know each other, the two of you and me, before the wedding, and to capture genuine memories of your connection (which you can also use for your save-the-dates and invitations!), while also improving your wedding photos in the process, I offer engagement sessions. And yes, these are essentially two terms for the same thing! :)
How couple & engagement sessions work
For couple sessions the format is simple and generally the same, but every shoot is different!
To capture natural moments, spontaneous expressions, and genuine feelings—without artifice—we typically avoid the studio and favor a lifestyle approach: we meet wherever you like, in the comfort of your home, or at a favorite spot—a park where you met, a place you love to walk, a mountain trail (here or even abroad!)—and the three of us wander together.
Walks + Relaxation + Cuddles + Beautiful light = Lovely memories of the two of you :-)
No need to have prior experience in front of the camera, to know how to pose, or even to enjoy being photographed! My goal is to fade into the background while guiding you through the session when needed, so you won’t have to force a smile. I’ll put you at ease and loosen up the more camera-shy of you between cuddles.
