Image rights

Under French regulations, the people appearing on the photos of this website can be opposed to their publication by sending an email, the pictures will be removed.

Copyright and intellectual property

The editor owns the intellectual property rights, copyrights, of all elements accessible on the website, the texts, photos, logo. No element of the website shall be reproduced, represented, modified, published, adapted, in whole or part, by any means, without prior written consent.
Any non authorized use of the website or one of its elements constitutes a counterfeit copy and is prone to lawsuit in accordance with articles L.335-2 onwards from the French Code de Propriété Intellectuelle law.

The Photographer transfers to its customers the diffusion and reproduction rights of the delivered images alongside their author's name, except for any commercial use. For any photos diffusion by the client, in particular in the social media, the customer is committed to release the pictures alongside the name of their author (Jérémie Sangaré) as stated in the law (art. L.121-1 of the above-mentionned CPI). The Customer also allow the Photographer to publish photos from the shoots for pormotional or editorial purposes (mainly website publications), unless explicitly stipulated otherwise.

This website has been declared to the CNIL under the registration number 1833311 and is authorized to handle personnal data. The information gathered are subject to a computer processing aiming at storing them during the legal durations (art. L.134-2 of the Code de la consommation) and are not transmitted to any third party.
According to the French « informatique et libertés » Law of January, 1978 modified in 2004, you benefit from an access and modification right to the information concerning you (if any), which you can exercise by contacting the above-mentionned editor.
You also can, for legitimate reasons, oppose to the use of data concerning you.
